Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
1.If the return is caused by customers, you are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred when sending the unwanted product(s) for a return.
2.If the return is caused by DIATONE(product received are damaged or not correct),We will refund you for the economy shipping once the item is received, WILL NOT refund express shipping.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is requested return more than 30 days after signing.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your order arrives at our facility . Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.
An exchange or credit will be issued to the customer once approved by DIATONE representative .

If you apply a refund requtst . Money will be return back to your account within 7-15days after we agreed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Message@diatone.hk and Asking our exact return address.
Please Note： after we provide the exact return address, please give us the tracking number you returned to us within 7 days.
after receiving your package, we will send you the exchange package.
Shipping Address： Please ask us by Email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
